Do you feel called to do something that you have no idea how you are going to accomplish it?
Do you have a vision to help people but it seems impossible given your current circumstances because all you can see is what you lack?
If so, that is probably because God is the one who put that desire and passion in you to begin with.
Psalm 34:7 says…
Delight yourself in the LORD
and he will give you the desires of your heart.
When the vision comes from God,
you can be sure that it cannot be accomplished on your own,
apart from God.
That is because it is much bigger than you,
and is meant to be a blessing to MANY people,
not just you.
The past few years have been quite a journey of growth and pruning for me, as God is growing me into the person He created me to be, so that I can do what He has called me to do.
In this post I will reveal the things that are helping me the most…
in hopes that it will help you as well.
I am finding that the Kingdom of God often operates in the exact opposite way that the world does. For instance…
- Our natural instinct is to prasie God when things are going well. But the Bible says to “put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.” Learning to praise God when I least feel like it, has brought me much freedom and breakthrough.
- The world says, “Hustle, hustle, hustle.” But the Kingdom way is to DELIGHT in the LORD, and to work from a place of rest.
- When experiencing lack, our natural instinct is to try to hold onto whatever we do have, but the Bible says, “Give and you shall receive.” As God is growing in me a generous heart, I am experiencing less lack.
- The world says more is better, but the Bible teaches that pruning (cutting back branches that are already producing fruit), is the way to prepare for increased fruitfullness. It seems hard to let go of things that are producing some fruit, but knowing the purpose of pruning makes it easier. It also helps to have people to support you (just like grape vines are pruned and tied to a stake or trellis for support.) I am so grateful for the people God has provided (as I am faithful to search for them) to provide me with support while I am growing and being pruned!
If you have been frustrated by a lack of joy and purpose,
or a lack of provision to step into your calling, and go after your vision,
or a lack of fruitfulness, which is causing you to grow weary…
this post is for you!
You see, for quite some time now, I have felt called to help women
accelerate their spiritual growth, and get better at hearing God,
so they can go from striving to thriving, and from worrier to warrior.
But I have been frustrated by slow growth,
and have struggled with growing weary in doing good.
And I have been frustrated by how much it actually costs to really go all in with my vision.
Even though an online business has less overhead than a brick and mortar store,
you still have lots of expenses like
website hosting, email software, graphic design software, advertising, processing fees, internet, computer, video camera and equipment, etc…
and for artists, you need art supplies and art classes…
and courses to learn how to do all the things,
memberships to connect with others (because iron sharpens iron), etc.
And I have been frustrated by the pruning process becuase I did not understand what was going on, and what the purpose of pruning is.
I got sick and tired of my lack (of joy, provision & fruitfulness) holding me back so…I have been really seeking God about this…
What is helping me the most is CONNECTING with people who already walk in victory in these areas!
God has led me to connect with some AMAZING people
who are providing me the support I need while in the growing and pruning process,
and who are helping me to gain breakthrough and freedom…
1 – by helping me renew my mind to God’s Word concerning vision, provision, finances and prosperity
2 – by helping me learn how to partner with God while upleveling my own leadership and grow in the fruit of self-discipline
3 – by helping me gain more confidence and clarity in hearing God
4 – by helping me face every day with joyful expectation of the goodness of God
5 – by helping me prune (cut away) things that are producing a little bit of fruit, to prepare me to produce MUCH fruit
6 – by providing support through the pruning process
Are you tired of lack holding you back?
I am tired of seeing lack holding others back too. That is why…

The next person who has been so influential in helping me to
see what is really possible and crush my limiting beliefs is…
Shanda Sumpter, mom, wife, and founder of Heart Core Business.
Do you remember the first time you watched someone inspiring speak from stage or in a video, and you thought, “Wow, they’ve really got it all together!”
It’s a myth a lot of us buy into at some point…the one where we think someone who’s successful has something we don’t. Or they never struggle. Or that they always persevere. The reality is, people you consider successful aren’t that way because life’s perfect and they have access to some secret you don’t. It’s because they find ways to get up and keep going even when their self-limiting beliefs rise up to tell them they’re down and out.
Shanda Sumpter is one of the best I’ve ever seen at helping people identify and grow beyond their lack and limitations.
Anyone who can start with $500 in her pocket and grow to generating millions a year is someone worth listening to when it comes to anything mindset-related, don’t you think?
Especially when you can get access to her strategies
for F.R.E.E in her 14 Day Revenue Challenge.
***This challenge started on Monday, April 12th,
but you can still get in and watch all the replays.
—>>> If you watch nothing else, be sure to watch Days 1 and 2!
It will blow your mind about what is possible and how easy it can be.

The last person I want to introduce you to today is
someone who is helping me to uplevel my mindset,
and learn to partner with God.
