Wouldn’t you like to be like a flourishing tree?

Well, that is God’s will for you and it is absolutely possible!

Psalm 92:3 says: They are planted in the house of the Lord. They flourish in the courts of God.

One of the keys to flourishing is found in Psalm 1:1-3. This has been my Scripture for the year, so I’ve been meditating on it a lot lately. Recently, while on vacation, God gave me further insight into how to be like a flourishing tree, as I observed the beautiful, huge cypress trees that were growing along the Cypress Creek just down the hill from the inn where we stayed. So I captured my thoughts on the spot with this Facebook Live video.

As I explain in the video, according to Psalm 1:1-3, one of the keys to becoming a flourishing tree is delighting in The Word of God (remember that Jesus is The Word of God!)

What if you had great success and prospered in all you did?
What if God gave you the desires of your heart?
What if you had corageous faith like Joshua did?
What if you had the audacity to do mighty exploits in the name of Jesus, like the Apostle Paul?
