What Is a Timeless Treasure Book?
A Timeless Treasure Book is a creative Scripture journal filled with the treasures of God’s Word.
Think of it as a cross between Bible journaling and junk journaling, but instead of filling the pages with random scraps, we fill them with Scripture, prayer, and meaningful reflections. Some women may call it a Bible junk journal.

You can start with something simple like:
- a blank notebook
- a sketchbook
- a journal with 30–60 pages
Then we begin layering it with:
- handwritten Scripture
- creative lettering
- meaningful images
- envelopes and pockets
- beautiful paper and embellishments
Most importantly, we fill it with the treasure of God’s Word.
Over time, it will become a beautiful keepsake of your journey through Psalm 119.
Why Psalm 119?
Psalm 119 is the longest chapter in the Bible, but it is also one of the most powerful. Nearly every verse celebrates the beauty and importance of God’s Word, making it the ideal chapter to use for creating a Bible junk journal.
💌 It is like a love letter to the Word of God. 💗
Even more fascinating, Psalm 119 is written as an acrostic poem based on the Hebrew alphabet. There are 22 sections, one for each Hebrew letter, and each section contains eight verses.
Each letter highlights a different spiritual theme, making the chapter feel like a journey through the “alphabet” of God’s wisdom. As we study together, we will explore these sections and gather the treasures we find along the way.

One of the things I love most about this study is that it invites us to slow down. Instead of rushing through a reading plan, we savor the Word.
We reflect. We create. We allow Scripture to sink deeply into our hearts.
You do not need to be artistic. You do not need special supplies. This is not about perfection.
