It is the beginning of a new year, and like most people, I am setting some new goals. One of my goals this year is to have everything ready about a month or 2 prior to when it is due. But I don’t want to become busier. Instead, I want to become less busy and more productive.
I want to work ahead, instead of always feeling like I am behind. Can anyone else relate? (Please tell me I’m not alone.)
Plus, I want to have more time to spend with my family – especially my grandkids, as they are growing so fast!
The LORD has been speaking to me lately about being “busy”. I have noticed that, when asked “How have you been?”, so many people, including me, respond with, “busy.” It’s like we wear “busy” as a badge of honor. I’m not sure why busy seems to be such a valued attribute in our society. Maybe it is because we don’t want people to think we are lazy.
However, it is becoming clear to me that “busy” is not the same thing as “productive.”
In fact, what God has shown me is, being too busy can actually be a sign that we are not being a good steward of our time…
according to Ephensians 5
Don’t waste your time on useless work, mere busywork…
Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.
I want to be a better steward of my time this year and I realize that I need some help.
I discovered a resource that is really helping me to become less busy and more productive. And that is because it takes into account REAL LIFE. This program is designed by a mom, who knows what real life is like for wives, moms, daughters, sisters, etc. – not that ideal life you see others living over on Instagram.
It is called the Work by Design School by Claire Diaz-Ortiz.
The only complete productivity system that works in your REAL life – an online course that teaches real people with real lives to work smarter and earn more.
It also shows you how to use Decision Fatigue to your advantage and how to calculate your Biological Prime Time.
This online course is normally priced at over $400. However, for a very limited time, you can get it for just $47!
That’s because Work by Design School is included in the Ultimate Productivity Bundle 2020, which is on sale for $47 from January 2 – 8, 2020.
(*Since I had a product in the 2019 Ultimate Homemaking Bundle, I get to be an affiliate for this bundle, which means if you purchase I will receive a commission. I only promote bundles that I love and believe will provide you with tremendous value. Thanks for your support!)
The Ultimate Productivity Bundle 2020 includes 73 products worth $2837.06. However, I recommend you don’t try to utilize all 73 products. That would not be productive.
I recommend using the Product Comparison chart in the Getting Started Guide to choose 1 ecourse and 1 planner to begin with. Try those out for awhile and then go back to the chart to see if there is another product you might need at the moment.
The beauty of this bundle is that you can try several different programs and planners to find a system that works FOR YOU – for less than it would cost to buy just ONE physical planner.
Here are the ecourses I would recommend looking at for starters:
